I'm not sure about GAP.
Regarding your question on MCC recruit clearable students for government
contractors.

For noncredit programs, there is a bit more vetting that takes place on the
front-end of a program. In some cases we get students in our programs with
security clearances, and we do follow pre-requisites as to backgrounds of
students for a certain job field. For example, if employers are telling us
students must have a clean criminal record with no felonies or
misdemeanors, we vet students to ensure all students meet that requirement.
