[olug] VGA pass-through using Xen

I've done it in one way shape or form on Xenserver, VMWare, Proxmox, and
KVM.

I've done PCI, USB and have had VERY good luck, only issue I had was when
the Dell Poweredge doesn't give enough juice for the card.
