A thought, if you are running Memtest86+ I highly recommend against using SMP mode, if you are, even though it sounds like a good idea. I have had several repeat false errors because of it that lead me to believe I had a bad CPU when I didn't. ......and let me know if you want to borrow memory or CPUs to test and troubleshoot with.
