[olug] Uses for a 486 with Linux

I know folks that do HAM radio stuff with 486's (morse code
translations) and the geology dept here at school does weather data
logging on an old 486... I don't know the OS's on those boxes but i'm
sure there's software out there to do these things on linux too.
