[olug] kernel panic

Something Is definitely messed up with lilo.  I'm not sure what though. 
I have 3 systems on here right now ,  Dos, Debian, Redhat7. Lilo.conf
does not read that way though. 

boot=/dev/hda
ma=/boot/map
install]/boot/boot.b
prompt
timeout=50
message=/boot/message
defaul=linux

image=/boot/vmlinuz=2.2.16-22
	label=linux
	read-only
	root=/dev/hdc6

other=/dev/hdc7/boot/vmlinuz
	label=Debian
	read-only
	root=/dev/hdc7

other=/dev/hda1
	label=dos


the last time i loaded lilo it eliminated the debian line on the MBR

other things are messed up ,  for instance I have a small boot partition
that it doesn't seem to want to use and i don't know why.

partition table 

hda
hda1       			dos	
hdc
hdc1		15M		redhat /boot
hdc2		15M		Debian /boot	
hdc5		99M		Swap
hdc6		8 Gig		redhat /
hdc7		8 Gig		Debian /

when I load lilo I get this 
Added linux *
Fatal: open /dev/hdc7/boot/vmlinuz: not a directory

about all the info i can think of if you need something let me know ..
