[olug-colo] Qwest Quote Coming

I just got off the phone with Qwest, I asked for a quote and specific
knowledge of infrastructure on M street, so far its looking like copper is
only available unless we would want to throw down cash for them to buildout
fiber to that location.

I told him we want 20/20, it will most likley be a fractional DS3(45/45).

I also noted that we are just kicking tires and we may have him involved
with a price war with Cox.
