i am out of practice because another OS is taking all my time and rarely
change my sshd port anymore.  So went to the source authority for selinux

# semanage port -a -t ssh_port_t -p tcp 22220

​$ semanage port --list
$ man semanage (not much help)
$ man semanage-port​
​ -H
   (helpful examples output attached)
