[olug] Cox Packet Loss?

Seeing some loss from a residential cable modem to Google:

$ ping -f 8.8.8.8 -i 0.2
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.

354 packets transmitted, 304 received, 14% packet loss, time 71167ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 76.438/79.367/82.949/0.919 ms, ipg/ewma 201.607/79.553 ms



Our Cox Optical Internet is looking solid over the same interval:

$ ping -f 8.8.8.8 -i 0.2
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.

348 packets transmitted, 348 received, 0% packet loss, time 69678ms
