SLA's are written to protect the company offering service and to limit
liability for snafu's. They are not your friend. To paraphrase Rule #23
of Jimmie E. Cascade's Rules For Finer Living: Companies are like
bookies: They are not your friend or buddy. They're nice to you because
you have something they want, your money.

The most telling is Section 3, specifically:

[Y]ou hereby grant InfluxDB a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive,
worldwide, no-charge, royalty-free license to: (i) make, have made, use,
sell, offer to sell, import, and otherwise distribute and exploit your
contributions in whole or in part...

This means they can use your stuff any way they want for forever for
free. I would not be fine with that. If you're really concerned, pay the
vig and consult a lawyer.
