[olug] Net neutrality wins! (for now, anyway)

They didn't give themselves more power just because they wanted it.

Congress passed common carrier laws previously. They passed laws granting
the FCC the power to regulate these companies previously. This is a ruling
to clarify where we stand. It isn't new legislation.

Honestly, we're much better off just applying existing Title II status
(simple and effective) rather than asking Congress to write a new 800 page
mega-bill to regulate the internet instead.
