[olug] OT: Weird Poweredge 720 errir

I encountered that on a different model Poweredge following a brownout
and the mainboard turned out to have a short and required replacement.
It's remotely possible it could be the PSU's fault too. You can try
clearing NVRAM and disconnecting as many peripherals as possible
including drives, expansion cards, and excess RAM; if it comes up in a
minimal configuration you can start adding stuff back until you
identify a component that might be the culprit.
