Specifically, B2BUA configurations? I'm trying to get a very simple B2BUA "top hiding" configuration going, where OpenSIPS intercedes between two Asterisk servers, but I'm having very little luck. Right about now I would trade a kidney (the good one, the one that didn't have any stones) for a working opensips.cfg that can do B2BUA.
