sendmail, you're set. Use chkconfig to make sure sendmail and saslauthd 
will run on boot.

Add your accounts and set them to use authenticated smtp. Point them to 
your server. Also install dovecot for pop/imap. Use chkconfig to make
sure 
it starts on boot also.
