Except usenet probably has more usable content (I suppose that is what 
you are feeding usenet for).

People generally don't gripe (to their ISP) about content in Usenet, 
Usenet is more a feat of bandwidth/storage management.  Email is a 
constant fight of hacking, blacklisting, idiot users and content filtering.
