Thanks for the links "jman".

I think the only worry would be exceeding Cox's data usage.  Mine is
currently 200 Gb, since cutting my cable I typically average out at
180-190, the few times I've gone over (20-30Gb), Cox hasn't notified
me.

Their AUP really doesn't indicate what they will do if one
continuously exceeds their quota.
