   The $40ish per month is TCONL not DSL, rather cable modem. Speeds are
   slightly less that those quoted below. There are a few issues regarding
   contention and a solution to resolve is just around the corner.

Last I heard, the business service was ~$60/month.  You do get a
static IP and unblocked ports, though.  Speed was 10MB/down, 2MB/up.

Note, CenturyLink hasn't invested anything real in that infrastructure
in almost a decade.  My understanding is that they don't intend to,
either.  I expect it to be around for a little while longer, but I
wouldn't count on it for long-term.
