[olug] Custom building desktop

I do recommend KDE over Unity for someone uses to Windows. I'm not sure I'd
recommend Kubuntu because  Canonical has dropped support for it, and it
isn't the best KDE distro.

I'd go with Fedora, openSUSE or perhaps Mint.
