I use NameCheap for my domain registrations, URL redirects, and email
address forwarding. I don't actually host any real data with them, so
I can't comment on that.

Their tech support is indeed wonderful. When I was shopping for a
registrar/forwarder with certain capabilities, their tech support
folks on their interactive chat line were great at going back to their
sysadmins to get the info I needed, and were very quick & friendly
while doing so. When my chat connection got cut off mid-stream (my
fault), they emailed me within minutes to get me the rest of the
info I had requested.
