FYI: Aptana Studio is built on Eclipse, and available as an Eclipse plugin
or stand-alone (http://www.aptana.com/).

I actually go with the stand-alone Aptana install because it is easier to
configure the Zen-Coding extension I use for HTML prototyping (
http://code.google.com/p/zen-coding/wiki/AptanaHowToEn).  It appears to
coexist just fine with my Eclipse Helios install.
