yeah?...right on! hopefully i have the same luck with verizon if the persist
with these fictitious roaming charges. i recorded all of my verbal
interactions with these jerk-offs, so i suppose i have a fighting chance if
they come after me for it. thanks for the bit of positive inspiration.

yeah, i agree. they all treat customers like cattle, no matter who you go
with.

i would have to disagree with the "throw-away" statement, because i am one
of the many people that believe in the value of not being in debt to a
dishonest company. that is priceless in my frame of mind, even if i
*am*subsidising your phone. ;-)

i like the way T-mobile operates, and i've been impressed by the nexus
phone, so that may be a positive avenue for me to investigate.
