[olug] *sigh* Need a Linux / ext3 unerase tool...

Testdisk often works for file/directory recovery.
There are a lot of simple unerase/undelete tools out there, depending on which filesystem you're using, but I tend to try Testdisk first.

I ran the Harry Potter books through a spell checker; none of those spells should work.

Subject: [olug] *sigh* Need a Linux / ext3 unerase tool...

In cleaning up a filesystem on an external HDD I accidentally removed a
directory I wanted to keep.

Anyone have any recommendations on a utility to un-erase a directory or
file?
