Nokia's N900 gets a lot of hype, but it requires proprietary blobs on the CPU for (unconfirmed as of yet, AFAIK): - phone interface - GPS - battery charger (yes, it's software) - 3D acceleration I'm personally hoping the HTC Touch Pro2 is reverse-engineered to work fully soon.
