[olug] Editing and reburning home-made DVDs.

My friend is a Linux/Windows user and isn't able to purchase a new
piece of hardware just for this purpose.  (Sure, an Apple laptop can
also run Windows and Linux, but it's an added expense he can't afford
right now.)
