[olug] Creating a customized LIve DVD or CD

When creating a Live CD/DVD is there a way to do the following things:

1)  Have it run in RAM and NOT be able to access anything on any system hard drives or any data on the host machine and just use the hosts peripherals (KVM...network connectivity).

2)  Allow access to only a few websites with multimedia material and download content to the Live Desktop from only those websites.
Applications to display material would have to be on the live DVD/CD.

3)  Have it allow use of USB ports so a Flash Drive can be inserted after bootup to Live mode so the downloded material from above can be saved to a flash drive, printed or burned to a DVD/CD.
