The cheapest plan they offer is $30 a month as far as I know, but
often they list their plans as being $10 cheaper, because if you get
all 3, you get a package discount of $10.  So, if you already had
phone and cable, and you wanted to add internet, you'd only be adding
$20 to your bill.

Likewise, I just saw a Qwest add for $15 internet, when really it was
only if you add a rather expensive phone line, and sign a 12-month
contract.
