Pretty much any career center counselor would be able to help. Either
at college or at high school, but which one you'd want to work with
would depend on whether she's high-school age or not. Alternatively,
anytime she gets a call saying "thanks but no thanks", she should
inquire as to why.

Any time there's a job fair in town, there's a good chance they'll
have an interview/resume polishing session going on in a large side
room. I realize that there's a job fair that just left, but she
probably keeps on top of such things better than I.
