[olug] Help for a newbie systems administrator

ServerFault.com is a great site. Combination wiki/digg/QA/forum for
sysadmins. They also host StackOverflow for developers and SuperUser
for your own computer. Questions posted there are quickly picked up
on, from what I see. Some questions:
