[olug] Omaha Community Connection

They're pushing the Community Connection-type stories more now than
they used to.  I work for the paper, and I've talked to the Director
of Content Initiatives at length.  I know that he really wants to
reach out to the community, and make them feel like they contribute to
the paper.
