[olug] Ubuntu 8.10 RC X.Org Resolution problems

Jeff,

No biggie.  Actually haven't had any better luck in 8.04, which is pretty
much why I figured I might as well upgrade now.  Maybe I need to look at a
new distro... I just sort of understand ubuntu, and so yeah, maybe we will
just spin up 8.04 again. who knows, I can try all this nonsense there
instead.
