I've been with Bluehost for a bit now.  I doubt I'll be renewing.  Their 
support is lacking in technical knowledge / common sense, and they'll 
move your account to another machine (with ZERO notice), and perform 
regular reboots, also with no notice.  Overloaded boxes, etc.

Very annoying.

They do allow SSH and friends though, which is convenient.
