[olug] Information Request - Data Recovery

I have done some of this.  There is a tool called Foremost that works really
well.  Unfortunately, it finds a lot of files and you have to sort out which
ones are real.  It's a linux tool that can be run on any filesystem linux
can read.  It's not too user friendly though.
