[olug] YouSendIt, LeapFile Etc

Does anyone know of a project out there that is like YouSendIt or
Leapfile? Something that I can run on my local webserver to delivery
packages to clients. Also needs to provide a easy way of sending files
securely for clients. 

 

I know there is always FTP, but we all know that some companies either
don't allow it or the user does not know how.
