Not _that_ outstanding...

 - No walls between most individual cabinets - physical security.
 - recurring electrical load issues -- if you you have dual powered web 
servers, no cabinet can contain more than six without surcharges for 
more whips
 - not high enough on backbones - still has service issues with Cox 
because they tie in at metro loop just like anybody else can
 - the spaghetti under the tiles is huge mess and another security 
problem - wire snippers anyone?
