Error messages:
The constant error for a long time: runtime error 3260 "currently locked out by user admin on machine XXX"
New errors recently:
"The following error occurred 12007, name not resolved. Please call ProCare Technical support for assistance Login failed..."
"Unable to have exclusive use of database files. Make sure that this application (and/or computer) is the only one using the ProCare database files. "

The first one is the big concern since it is the constant one.

At the point of the message, you click to close the error message and the application closes. You can then restart the application on the workstation and continue working. You may not get kicked out again for quite a while or in just a few minutes after logging back in.

I will have to find time to do a Wireshark packet capture...

1) If you do get an error - what is this error - an msaccess error or windows
error?

2) Describe "kick out" e.g. you have to restart the application, or click a
button to "re-connect"

3) What is the possibility of posting a wireshark capture on from a client
machine this happens on ensuring the issue happened during the capture?

4) What is the possibility of posting a wireshark capture from the server
where the file lives when ensuring the issue happened during the capture?

5) if the share is on a windows box, how about posting a registry dump of
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver
