[olug] Desktop dead

My desktop system has decided to not boot. The first time after plugging in 
the power cord, when I press the power button on the front the fan LED will 
blink for a split second, but that's all I can get from it, even with all 
peripherals removed. The PSU passes the "paperclip test", but does have 
visual burn marks inside (age unknown).

Does anyone have a spare PSU that I could test it with, and/or, if it works, 
perhaps borrow until I can get one delivered from NewEgg?
