TBH, their ToS is too vague anyway. What is a "server"? There is no proper 
definition on an IP level. On the TCP level, many common applications are 
technically servers. The only real potential for legal problems, IMO, is if 
they prohibit *commercial* use and you use it commercially.

I've never heard of an ISP disconnecting service for running servers. Usually 
this kind of thing is reserved for theft of services, if they don't sue you 
over it.
