It looks like the pdf cuts off that sentence.  And there's no period in that sentence (in the pdf) which makes me wonder
what the rest of the sentence actually says.


It could be something like: "Great for booting the operating system without running applications or games <guess>that
don't have high CPU/memory requirements, etc.</guess>"
