SCENARIO ONE:

I need to use and older PC to do ONE task...

Probably use a PII to display a time accurate digital
clock. This display would output to an RF modulator
then display on two TV monitors.

It would be hooked up to an internet connection to
keep the time accurate.

What hardware (other than video card) and software
would I need to do this?

SCENARIO TWO:

I use a newer PC to do MORE THAN ONE task...

A PII that already has a Firewire output BUT will get
an additional card as video output to display a time
accurate digital clock. This display would output to
an RF modulator then display on two TV monitors.

It would be hooked up to an internet connection to
keep the time accurate.

It would be running Windoze XP home and the desktop
would be used for other applications while the digital
clock is displaying on-screen (in background of other
applications that wouldn't be output).

What hardware (other than video card) and software
would I need to do this?

Thanks.
