[olug] server space, or how to get around cox port blocking?

In that case it HAS to be the router; it worked fine
through my DSL router, but Qwest isn't available where
I just moved.
I can get out to the web with it ok, was downloading
yesterday just fine.
And I don't see Cox making changes in just one area of
Council Bluffs..
