Yes that can be done.

You need to use two subnet sections in your dhcpd.conf file.  I can provide an example file if you need it.

Can you run a DHCP server using two different NICs, with different
subnets?

example:
nic0 - internet
nic1 - local 192.168.0.0
nic2 - local 172.16.0.0

Anyone care to take a stab at it?
