[olug] attempted attacks

Thanks for the advice.  Like I say, they've got too
much time hitting what is really a hobby server, but
this also gives me a chance to experiment with some
different security tools.   Just have to alert my
users that they may be making changes to their logins
as I implement changes :)  Or I could just let them
try to figure it out... Nah, I won't be that cruel...
