[olug] apache not reachable

I know you can symlink binaries but if you are also symlinking your 
config files (because you originally said you are using the same config 
file) that could be causing a problem.  I would suggest backing up your 
config files and then resetting to the YDL's default to see if httpd 
will work then.  If it does, you know where the problem lies.
