[olug] MP4 players and editors. (Clarifications)

Clarifications:

The files are already MPEG-4 and need to be edited
from 1/2 hour down to whatever increments a person
(teacher/student) would desire.

10 minutes, 5 minutes, 2 minutes, etc.
