Please excuse my sleep-deprived previous attempt at this. Let's see if I can 
do better now.

For those of you interested, even if to only track the outcome later, I found 
this link in my inbox this morning. It's a petition to IBM to opensource as 
much of OS/2 as possible. This link is for a page explaining and has a link 
to the petition.
