[olug] Local source for IR recievers?

I've been happily running my mythbackend in one room with a frontend in 
the entertainment center.  I'm currious if anyone is aware of a source 
for serial IR recievers in the area?  I've got the remote from my 
pvr-250 that I'm thinking about using.  Another option I've considered 
is an IR keyboard/mouse that I can then program into a universal 
remote.  Any suggestions?  I'd love something local (I've been known to 
be patient from time to time, but...) or at least something in the US as 
the couple of options I've found have been international.  While I'm not 
opposed to buying from over-seas, please see my previous statement about 
patience... :)
