[olug] Image manipulation question

OK, thanks to the suggestions. I finally figured out. NOT a one-liner, 
but working and that's all I wanted.
BTW, it's definitely "hats off" to the writers of Imagamagick tool set, 
but the manpage directs you to --help, google gets you to examples, I 
have to T&E till I get it done, but it's doable.
