[olug] Mandrake vs. Suse bandwidth

I'm getting about 30 with kde/ MDK10, I have gotten upto 
60 + with previous distros. 
  I was kinda wondering what was up with MDk being slow. 
I just figured I had really bad RFI. Which I do.
