We run DOS thru XP Pro.
Some apps we use daily run only on DOS.
Some apps we use daily run only on Win95/NT.
Some apps we use run only on Win98/NT/2000.
Some apps run on Win XP Pro which comes with new desktops.
We also run Linux and SCO.
Hope to abandon SCO soon.
We run systems that are much over 3 years old because we need ISA slots.
