NEONRAMP is the oldest and largest independent full-service Internet 
Service Provider (ISP) in the Omaha metropolitan area. It opened in 1995 ...

I've been online with Internet Nebraska here in Lincoln since the summer 
of '94.  That's about five thousand dollars ago!
