[olug] Hardware settings lost on Mandrake 10

   One of my machines is running mdk 10 w/ ati R 7500. 
   I'm using the generic mdk driver with no problems, 
however..I've had the same problem with this machine 
running solaris, I never figured out what the deal was 
though.
